The Plan
Below are 30 different action items, covering six categories. If you want, you can write these out on popsicle sticks (like I did) and pull one a day, at random, from a cute jar. Or you can print them out and cross them off, like a checklist. We all love a good checklist.
Ready, Set, Go!
Mindfulness
- Make a list of everyone you’ve ever said “I love you” to
- Find the least used space in your house and stand/sit there for 4 minutes
- Say something you like about yourself every time you open the fridge
- Spend the rest of the day without your cellphone
