We all know it doesn’t take much to get into a rut. The same thing, day in and day out. Well…let’s change that. Let’s bring back your joyful spirit. Your creativity. Your momentum.

I’ve done everything for you, my friend. All you need to do is one small action a day. For you, and only you.

You’re a beautiful person and deserve all the wonderful things your life has to offer. You’re never stuck. You’re never alone.

Let’s do it together!

The Plan

Below are 30 different action items, covering six categories. If you want, you can write these out on popsicle sticks (like I did) and pull one a day, at random, from a cute jar. Or you can print them out and cross them off, like a checklist. We all love a good checklist.

Ready, Set, Go!

Mindfulness

  • Make a list of everyone you’ve ever said “I love you” to
  • Find the least used space in your house and stand/sit there for 4 minutes
  • Say something you like about yourself every time you open the fridge
  • Spend the rest of the day without your cellphone
